Wait Times: Our office prioritizes patient care for consults, surgeries, endoscopies (scopes), and minor procedures. Wait times vary based on urgency and procedural volume.

• Wait List Updates: To ensure efficiency and prioritize urgent clinical needs, our office operates with a single administrative staff member and cannot take or return phone calls regarding general waitlist position updates. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

• Change in Health Condition: If your symptoms worsen or your medical condition changes while waiting, please see your Primary Care Provider (PCP) or contact our office so we can update your chart and re-triage your referral accordingly.

• New Referrals: By standard protocol, our office sends confirmation to your referring physician within 2 weeks to notify them whether a referral has been accepted or declined. If a referral is declined, your referring provider's office will contact you directly to discuss next steps or alternative care options.​

• Urgent Consultation: Cancer & ERCP within 2 weeks, non-cancer within 4-6 weeks

• Urgent Queries: Dysphagia, Anemia, CT findings ect, within 4-6 weeks

• Semi- Urgent: Symptomatic, Hernias, Biliary Colic, GERD, Abdo pain, rectal bleeding w/o concern of DRE ect, within 3 Months

• Minor Procedures:  Lesion removal, Carpal tunnel release ect, within 4 months

• Non Urgent Consultation: a symptomatic, colon surveillance, Family History, with in 6 Months
