Cancellation Policy & Fees

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the office and speak with Carly at 705-881-0011 as soon as possible. If appointments are not cancelled per the policy, we are unable to transfer the vacant appointment time to another patient awaiting care.  This contributes to longer wait times for everyone.

 

Consultations:

  • If you No Show for your initial appointment, or if you cancel with less than 2 business days’ notice, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and will NOT be rescheduled. Your referring physician will be notified.

 

Procedures:

  • If you do not take the preparation, if you No Show for your procedure, or if you cancel with less than 3 business days’ notice, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee and will NOT be rescheduled. Your referring physician will be notified.

At this time, we only accept CASH or Cheque payments. 

Cold & Flu Symptoms

Please call to advise our office if anyone attending an appointment has cold or flu symptoms so that you can be screened in advance. Depending on the nature of your symptoms, you may be invited to reschedule your appointment. If you are still able to attend your appointment while you have cold or flu symptoms, you will be required to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment to protect all patients and staff from illness.


 

Code of Conduct

Zero Tolerance Policy:
Abusive and violent language will not be tolerated, nor will violent or threatening behaviour. This applies to patients, their families, and other visitors to the office. It also applies to interactions on the phone or during virtual visits. If this behaviour is documented, patients may be discharged from our practice.
